Meet the Pastry Chef
Danielle Jackson owns and operates Yell Sweets, a Black- and Woman-owned business since 2018. Since opening the doors, she’s created 7 award-winning cake flavors, won 5 baking competitions, and baked for several celebrities, musicians, and Fortune 500 companies.
Although she’s now a trained Pastry Chef from Oakland Community College, she found her passion for baking as a child, and is thrilled to share her creations with others as her livelihood. Danielle’s goal is to make every bite like a little piece of heaven, and she works with several local charities and soup kitchens to spread the joy from her baked goods with everyone in her community.
